Does Invisalign hurt?
You’ll notice some pressure on your teeth within the first few days of wearing new aligners. This discomfort is normal and will go away on its own as your teeth move into their new positions. In the meantime, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers. Most patients feel the discomfort is worth having a straighter, more attractive smile.

What foods should you avoid with Invisalign?

Patients with metal braces have to stay away from foods that are sticky and/or hard to chew. Since Invisalign braces are removable, you won’t have this limitation.
Before eating, you’ll need to take out your clear aligners and store them in your case. Don’t put your aligners on a tray or napkin. Otherwise, you might throw them out by accident.
